Refunds & Exchanges

When you shop with Little Lady Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy for any reason, we accept returns of unused and unopened product within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, minus return shipping charges.

  • Only items ordered/placed online through littleladyproducts.com will qualify for a refund of any kind. 
  • Products that are damaged or defective are subject to a full refund minus shipping expense.
  •  Emptied or refilled products will not qualify for any refund. All products must be in their original and respective packaging.

After LITTLE LADY PRODUCTS receives the merchandise, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition, we shall process a refund within 10 working days of receipt of the merchandise. Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder’s credit/debit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder’s credit/debit card account, which was used to pay for the original order.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit / debit card account as the Cardholder’s issuing bank manages that.
